Payment is due upon completion of your child's visit.  At that time we will provide a doctors statement of services rendered which will include all necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you have dental insurance, you may want to check with your plan to confirm that you are able to be seen by a dentist not participating with your plan and that you can expect to be reimbursed.
